Knight Frank's Asia-Pacific Prime Office Rental Index saw a quarterly increase for the first time after eight quarters of consecutive decline during the pandemic. While conditions remain tentative due to the spread of the Omicron variant, Knight Frank expects rents to continue stabilising into 2022. Of the 21 cities tracked, 13 recorded stable or increased rents, with more markets in the region reaching an inflexion point in the rental downcycle.
