The Indonesian Industrial Estate Association (HKI) stated that the business prospect for industrial estate this year will be better, providing the Election Day concluded safely and conducive without any disturbances. Furthermore, the demand for industrial land in early 2024 has been dominated by the data center segment. The industrial estate still holds further space for optimal growth and it is also estimated to record similar results in sales as in 2023.
