There is a chance that the government may extend luxury tax (PPnBM) for vehicles and value-added tax (VAT) for property. The tax incentive extension is possibly made real if there’s enough budget left for tax subsidies in the fourth quarter. In a recent working meeting between the government and the Budget Agency (Banggar) of the House of Representatives (DPR), it was revealed that subsidy budget would be aimed at stabilizing prices and maintaining purchasing power, particularly by providing tax incentives through subsidies for Government-borne Income Tax (PPh DTP). "The provision of PPh DTP is carried out as a tax stimulus the government provides the business world with," the government stated.
