Synthesis: Optimistic on The Property Outlook

Synthesis Development is optimistic with the property market outlook this year due to, among others, the relaxation of Loan to Value (LTV) regulation at 5% and the luxury tax (PPnBM) for housing units below Rp30 billion. The sales performance of Synthesis Residence Apartment Kemang-three towers has reached 97% for its first tower, Sadewa and more than 50% for its second tower, Nakula. The prices start from Rp35 million per square meter.
