PT Suryacipta Swadaya to operate Subang Smartpolitan in the fourth quarter of 2024. One of pioneers of global electric vehicle industry, BYD has confirmed its presence in Subang Metropolitan. The presence of BYD’s electric vehicle factory also confirms the industrial estates’ attraction  as the leading center for the  industrial sector, especially in the automotive sector. BYD is the first major tenant in the estate which covers more than 108 hectares of land area.
