PT Summarecon Agung Tbk launches its ninth large-scale township housing project, Summarecon Tangerang, in Tangerang Regency, Banten. A total of Rp 200 billion will be invested for the first phase of the development, excluding the total of Rp 1.5 trillion investment allocated for land acquisition. In the first phase, two clusters will be launched on 30^th November 2024, namely Havena Lakes (250 units) and Briza Lakes (480 units) which will be exclusively oriented to a lake and is only accessible for the residents of the two clusters.
