Summarecon Optimistic About Apartment Market's Continuous Growth

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk reported that the take up of its apartment product is declining due to over-supply and buyers prefer to purchase landed houses. However, SMRA Apartment in Summarecon Bekasi experiences a price growth from Rp200 million per unit when it was first launched to become Rp400 million per unit today. Meanwhile, the average occupancy rate is recorded approximately 50% to 60% ranges.
