PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) allocates Rp 1 Trillion this year to acquire land banks. Currently, SMRA has acquired a total of 2,000 hectares of landbank. As of the first quarter of this year, SMRA has realized 40% of its total capital expenditure for 2024. SMRA has also inaugurated the construction of Summarecon Mall Bandung in early 2024 with the investment value of Rp700 billion. This year, SMRA aims to achieve Rp 5 trillion in marketing sales.
