PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA) and PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk. (KIJA) are enthusiastic to the potential coming from the relocation of foreign companies to Indonesia. According to the data from the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), there are currently 143 companies planning to relocate their investment to Indonesia. In the fourth quarter of 2020, SSIA will launch the Subang Smartpolitan Industrial Estate, offering the first phase of 250 hectares from the total of 1,250 hectares. Meantime, KIJA has already several existing tenants from international companies and it relies on its one-stop service for new and existing tenants.
