The property sector in Indonesia continues to show signs of recovery in line with the positive progress seen in the handling of the pandemic. The residential segment, particularly landed house projects, is expected to become increasingly prospective this year. In light of this, PT BSD Diamond Development, a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land and Mitsubishi Corporation, is set to launch a new product called Kanade, which is the last cluster at the Zora in BSD City. What makes it different from the previous clusters is that Kanade adopts the concept of Living in Harmony by combining best designs, facilities, and materials. In the first phase, the Kanade will offer 56 units, with prices starting from Rp. 6.1 billion.
