Sinarmas Land has launched a new premium residential cluster, named Atherton in Kota Wisata Cibubur and is offered at prices starting from Rp4 billion, excluding VAT. The high end residential cluster resides on a total land area of 3.5 hectares and comprises three types of houses with land area starting from 180 square meters, 240 square meters, to 300/315 square meters and are only available for 69 units.
