PT Sinar Graha Agung plans to develop residential after previously acquired two landbanks in Cikeas, Bogor of 15 hectares and in Cikembang, Sukabumi of 4.8 hectares. On this two landbanks, the company plans to launch housing products. For landbank in Cikeas, it will aim the middle upper segment with prices ranging from Rp250 million to Rp1 billion. In the new normal phase, property players are confident property market will recover, especially with the advance in technology that facilitates property marketing.
