PT Adhi Commuter Properti is optimistic to reach its Rp150 billion target for the second quarter of 2020 from its annual target of Rp1.2 trillion after the Central Bank of Indonesia cut the BI Rate to 4.50% in March 2020. In addition to the sales of its Transit Oriented Development/TOD LRT City in the Greater Jakarta Area and its Grandhika Hotel Indonesia chain, Adhi Commuter Properti also cooperates with PT Sigmaeltra Propertindo to develop the second phase of Adhi City Sentul with Rp16 trillion in investment.
