PT Prospek Duta Sukses (PDS), the developer of the Antasari Place apartment project in South Jakarta, guarantees the handover of units in tower 1, starting in December 2024. After eight years of inactivity, the project has proceeded after PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) acquiring the shares of PT Prospek Duta Sukses (PDS) and taking over the construction. Currently, the construction progress of tower 1 has reached up to the ninth floor and it is aimed to reach 16 floor by the end of this year, while tower II has reached the fifth floor. This progress also includes three stories of retail alleys and facilities on the fourth floor.
