President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has approved the development on four reclaimed islands in Jakarta Bay, comprising C, D, G, and N islands with Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 60 Year 2020 regarding the Spatial Planning of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Puncak and Cianjur (Jabodetabek-Punjur) Cities. The four islands are in the cultural number 8 zone (B8 Zone). PT Muara Wisesa Samudera, a subsidiary of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN), as the developer and the manager of the island responded by complying with the applied regulation and law.
