Based on the Government Regulation (PP) No. 21 year 2020 regarding physical distancing to accelerate the mitigation of Covid-19, there are 14 toll lanes in Jakarta, Banten and West Java which restrict the traffic and public commute. The Ministry of Public Work and Public Housing recorded approximately 42% to 60% lesser traffic on toll lanes. The traffic volume was predominantly in the Greater Jakarta Area by logistical transportation.
