PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) has launched the show units of the Earthville cluster in the Sequoia Hill project in Sentul. The Earthville cluster resides on a total land area of 9.8 hectares, following the launch of The Leroy cluster. The Sequoia Hills is facilitated with environmentally friendly public infrastructure, including a 1,000 square meter-integrated park. The prices offered start from Rp3 billion per unit for Leroy Cluster and Rp2 billion per unit  for Earthville cluster, respectively. The handover for Earthville units is planned to start in the second semester of 2025 and Leroy in the second semester of 2024
