PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (GPRA) recorded a 24% increase or Rp459.53 billion to rp517.06 billion. In line with this increase, its net profit also increased from Rp96.47 billion to Rp123.87 billion or by 29%. From this achievement, GPRA aimed for approximately 10% to 15% in growth for 2025. This optimism is driven by the Value Added Tax Borne by the Government (PPN DTP) incentive, which will positively drive property sales this year, and with GPRA’s new landed house projects planned to be launched this year.
