PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) reported a lower property sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the first semester of 2020, but it remains optimistic by optimizing its existing market segmentation of middle and middle lower segments to reach its target of Rp2 trillion to Rp2.1 trillion marketing sales from residential prices below Rp1.5 billion. In the first three months of 2020, MTLA achieved Rp250 billion in marketing sales.
