PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk recorded a lower target in sales and lease due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In the first quarter of this year, the marketing sales from Pondok Indah Residence (PIR) was recorded at approximately Rp22 billion. Other than PIR, MKPI is also marketing 47 units of Pondok Indah Town House which currently are under construction.
