PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) achieved a total marketing sale of Rp1.3 trillion as of October 2023, or 73% of the targeted total of Rp1.8 trillion. Entering the second semester of 2023, MTLA also recorded Rp301 billion in net profit, an increase of 12% from the previous period of Rp269 billion. MTLA also recorded its revenue in the third quarter of 2023 at Rp1.284 trillion or increased by 29% from the same period last year of Rp995 billion.
