PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (MTLA) aims for 5% growth in its marketing sales and recurring income or approximately Rp1.9 trillion throughout 2024. This target is in line with a number of MTLA’s new residential projects to be released this year. MTLA also allocates Rp750 billion from its internal and loan funding for this year’s capital expenditure. The fund will be utilized for the development of the infrastructure of its ongoing projects, new project development, land and asset acquisitions.
