PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk. (MKPI) is optimistic on a better prospect of property business this year, although the Value Added Tax Borne by the Government (PPN DTP) incentive in general, has not greatly impacted its sales. In 2024, MKPI will focus on areas including the currently utilized Ranch Market and formerly Carrefour Lebak Bulus areas, the development of Aurelle Pondok Indah and the completion of Pondok Indah Town House construction. For these plans, MKPI has allocated approximately Rp285 billion in capital expenditure.
