The Nusantara Capital Authority (IKN), through PT Bina Karya (Persero,) and PT Makmur Berkah Hotel, have signed the cooperation agreement for the construction of a Marriott International Hotel in the IKN area. This agreement comprises the planning, construction, development, operation, and the commercialization of Marriot International hotels in Nusantara. In the next four years, 1,000 rooms are aimed to be opened by adopting the principle of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).
