PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) achieved Rp 1.05 trillion in marketing sales in the third quarter of 2024. This achievement reached 74% of LPCK’s target for 2024 of Rp 1.43 trillion. The sales were driven by strong demand for residential projects, specifically for landed houses and shophouses with respectively contributing 60% and 27%. LPCK also reported its total revenue of Rp 981 billion in the January to September 2024 period or increasing by 23% from the same period last year.
