PT Krakatau Sarana Properti (KSP) with its subsidiaries under Krakatau Steel Group (KRAS) officiated several of their strategic projects simultaneously in the Driving Range Krakatau as a part of the 54^th Anniversary of Krakatau Steel. The projects comprise the latest residential, Rakata Arum (Kristal Cluster), Sewage Processing Installation Project (IPAL), Hotel Mosque of the Royale Krakatau , Driving Range Krakatau and The Surosowan Restaurant Jakarta.  These projects are aimed not only to positively affect the supporting service facilities but also KSP’s additional source of revenue.
