Following the success of Grand Batavia District (Raya Cadas-Kukun Pasar Kemis) and Puri District (Sukamantri Pasar Kemis), PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT), through its business unit Puri Jaya (PT Deltacendana Citapersada), is developing a new district named Royal Batavia on a total land area of 112 hectares. The ultimate and premium project in Raya Cadas-Kukun is only 30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport and 20 minutes form Cikupa Toll Gate. The project will comprise 23 clusters and the  initial prices are offered starting from Rp 635 million per unit.
