In 2023, PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) records it real estates marketing sales at Rp2.21 trillion or 11% higher than its target of Rp2 trillion in early 2023, and 29% higher than its achievement in 2022 of Rp1.72 trillion. KIJA also recorded its net profit surged to Rp528.6 billion in 2023 from Rp41 billion in 2022. For 2024, KIJA has set its marketing sales at Rp2.5 trillion.
