PT Intiland Development Tbk. (DILD) plans to develop a new industrial estate project in Jombang in line with the completion of its existing projects. The industrial estate is claimed to be one of the keystones of DILD’s portfolio in the future. In addition to the project in Jombang, DIDL will also focus on its existing projects and to further increase the asset value of its land banks and building, DILD will collaborate with Saltware, a South Korean entity, in developing smart farming.
