The Deputy of the Nusantara Capital Funding and Investment Agung Wicaksono stated that foreign investors cannot directly participate in the development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) as there are multiple selection phases for each different requirement to be met. A number of foreign investors who have advanced to the feasibility study are investors who are interested in developing residential projects in the initial residential development comprising 166 towers and 159 landed houses in IKN with the indication of Rp55 trillion in capital expenditure to start the construction in 2024.
