In 2024, PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. (SSIA) successfully sold 20.5 hectares of industrial land,  increasing by 64% (yoy) with a total value of Rp392 billion. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKR) also recorded a 44.44% sales increase with a total industrial land area of 130 hectares realized in the JIIPE Special Economic Zone (KEK). In the coming 2024 Election, the growth of land sales is projected to be limited due to the decrease in demand. However, the potential government regulation and lower key interest rates are expected to have a positive impact.
