PT Hutama Karya (Persero) to operate Indrapura-Kisaran Section II (Lima Puluh-Kisaran) Toll Road which has the total length of 32.15 kilometers. This toll project is a part of the Indrapura-Kisaran Section I (Indrapura-Lima Puluh) Toll Road which has been operating since November 2023. The functional trial of Section II was conducted on 29th February to 31 March 2024 and was functional for the Eid al Fitr holiday on 3rd to 21st  April 2024.
