President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has issued the Government Regulation (PP) Number 16 Year 2021 regarding the Implementation Regulation of Law Number 28 Year 2002 on Building Construction. This regulation is the follow up on the Article 24 and Article 185 letter b Law Number 11 Year 2020 on the Work Creation Law. The government has revoked the status of Building Permit (IMB), replacing it with the Building Construction Authorization (PBG).
