PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI) continues the construction of Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS), including the Rengat-Pekanbaru Lane section Pekanbaru Ring Road which spans a total length of 3057 km. The project was started in June 2023 with the target to be completed in 2026. As of September 2024, the construction progress has reached approximately 30%. HKI will also construct a couple of Rest Areas with the total land area of 12 hectares and currently is in the construction planning phase with the construction planned to start in 2025.
