The government plans to provide incentives to housing property developers who build balanced housing in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). One of the implementations of the incentives are for business actors who carry out development outside the IKN region and have not yet implemented balanced housing, they can implement balanced housing in the IKN within a specified period and form determined by the IKN Authority, considering Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR).
