The government has officially designated the development of the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area and the Integrated Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) area as National Strategic Projects (PSN) with their total investment value reaching Rp83.54 trillion for both projects. The name of PIK 2 PSN is Tropical Coastland and it will be developed by the government in collaboration with Sugianto Kusuma or Aguan on a total land area of 1,756 hectares. The development of BSD Integrated Area will reside on a total land area of 59.6 hectares which is focused to be a Special Economic Zone and the development of Education – Biomedical – Medial.
