Indonesia’s economy in 2021 is estimated to grow within the 4.5% to 5.5% (yoy) range with the average of 5% (yoy). It is the same as the previous estimation after the 2020 economic growth report from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) stated the economy to contract by 2.07% (yoy) in 2020. This figure was lower than the government’s prediction of minus 1.7% to minus 2.2% annually or the average of 1.95% (yoy).
