Giantara Group accelerates the development of the Giantara Serpong City housing project in Tangerang, Banten with the expectation to conduct the handover ceremony before the end of 2024. Giantara Serpong City is located in Cisauk area and is included in the Serpong Area, a trend center for green property development concept, with the adoption of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept. An underpass construction in the project is also planned to start in the first quarter of 2024 with the completion aimed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
