PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (Gapuraprima) will focus on developing several residential projects in several locations as planned. The projects including Bukit Cimanggu City on 15 hectares of land area with 400 units in the Savannah Cluster, Metro Cilegon on 120 hectares of land area with several small clusters, Green Leaf in Tangerang and Spring Garden in Bekasi on seven hectares of land area. Gapura will also add the Gardenville Pamoyanan, Bogor on 4.5 hectares of land area with the capacity of 200 houses.
