PT Easton Urban Kapital, through its subsidiary PT Easton Urban Cendana, collaborates with PT Anabuki Property Indonesia (API), a Japanese developer and a subsidiary of Anabuki Kosan Incorporation. This collaboration will strengthen Easton’s operation who is currently developing a residential in Babakan, South Tangerang on a total land area of 1.2 hectare. Easton will develop 82 house units and offer them at prices ranging from Rp 1.6 billion to Rp 2 billion with the pre-launched planned for November 2024.
