PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti Tbk (CPRI) aims to boost its business performances by offering discounts to office tenants and delaying one of its projects, JW Smart Office in Jatiwaringin, East Jakarta due to the physical distancing in Jakarta. In relation to the new normal, CPRI has applied a massive marketing strategy for both online and door-to-door and providing incentives of lease discounts from 10% to 15% with the aim to obtain approximately Rp20 billion in revenue in 2020.
