The co-working space business which started to take off in the last three years is affected by Covid-19 pandemic and driven the business operation to a halt and suspend the expansion plan at least until the pandemic announcing to subside. In 2020, the office space supply in Jakarta grew 3% from 2019 to 500,000 square meters. In the first quarter of 2020, the construction of four new office towers have been completed and added 212,000 square meters of new supply.
