PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) achieved Rp 3.3 trillion marketing sales in the first quarter of 2024, lower than its achievement in the same period in the previous year of Rp 3.4 trillion. Furthermore, this achievement reaches 30% of the total marketing sales aimed by CTRA for 2024 at Rp 11.2 trillion. This achievement was contributed by the launch of its projects and clusters and starting from the second quarter of 2024 until the end of this year, CTRA planned to launch CitraLand Gresik Kota in East Java.
