In 2023, PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) achieved Rp10.2 trillion in marketing sales, or increasing by 24% yoy and by 105% from its target last year of Rp9.8 trillion. This year, CTRA has set its marketing sales at Rp11.1 trillion. Compared to the realization in 2023, this target is approximately 8% yoy higher. To achieve this target, CTRA will focus on its strategies in location segments, including the residential and commercial products.
