PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti Tbk (CPRI) focuses on the completion of The Atuh Beach Resort in Nusa Penida Project as trend of the office sales and lease were declining due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the work from home (WFH) policy. One of the sectors to recover quickly is the tourism sector, thus CPRI prioritize the project. The government is expected to boost the recovery from the infrastructure and policy sides after the pandemic has ended.
