PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. (BSDE) acquired a vacant land lot from PT Smart Telecom, a subsidiary of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. (FREN), on 27th December 2023 with a transaction value of Rp16.43 billion. The total land area of the plot is 2,134 square meters and it is located on Jalan Pahlawan Seribu, CBD BSD Lot 12A, Lengkong Gudang, North Serpong, South Tangerang. As of the third quarter of 2023, BSDE recorded  a total net profit ofRp1.77 trillion or growing by 92.64% annually.
