Data from the Bank of Indonesia shows that the property loan only grew by 7.6% annually (yoy) to Rp 1,403.6 trillion, slowing from the previous month when the growth was recorded at 8% yoy. In September 2024, the highest growing property loan was recorded by house and apartment loan which reached 10.8% yoy. Historically, the slowest property loan growth was recorded in March 2024 with 7.7% growth and value reaching Rp1,348.6 trillion.
