BI Holds Key Interest Rate, Project Cuts in Second Half
Thursday, 22 February 2024

BI had maintained the key rate at 5.75% for most of 2023, before unexpectedly increased it by 25 basis points (bps) in October, citing global economic uncertainties as the main concern.
