PT Bersatu Sukses Group collaborates with PT Neticiti Persada to develop a residential cluster with the concept of smart digital, the same as in Taman  Anggun Sejahtera 5 and 6 residential clusters. Houses in the Taman Anggun Sejahtera 5 and 6 adopt the concept of minimalism and are offered starting from Rp300 million per unit. Both of the clusters with a total of 421 units have been sold out.
