The Batang Industropolis Special Economic Zone (KEK) aims to achieve Rp74.5 trillion in investment and absorb 58,154 workers in the next five years. This plan is contained in Batang Industropolis KEK Action Plan discussion with the government through the National Special Economic Zone Secretariat General to follow up the Government Regulation (PP) Number 12 Year 2025. Batang Industropolis KEK resides on a total land area of 2,886.87 hectares and is focused on sectors including production/processing, logistics and tourism.
